Privacy policy

Plain language, because that's the whole brand. Last updated August 30, 2026.

What we access

When you run an audit, you grant read-only access to your Google Ads data through Google's own consent screen. We use it once, during the audit, to read campaign and keyword statistics. We never modify anything in your account, and the audit takes no durable access — the permission expires on its own within about an hour.

What we store

Your email address (from the Google sign-in), the audited account's ID, and the audit results — the verdict, the scored terms, and the summary statistics shown on your report. We do not store your Google password (we never see it) or your access token beyond the audit session.

Who can see your report

Your report appears at a private, unlisted link that is not indexed by search engines and goes dark minutes after your audit completes. Your permanent copy is the PDF you download — sharing it is entirely in your hands.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use one client's data in another client's report. Aggregate, anonymized statistics (like average audit results) may inform our benchmarks; your identifiable data never leaves your engagement.

Questions or deletion requests

Email us and a person will handle it — including deleting your audit data on request.
